SAA Kit is a product of Red Sun LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit saakit.com or buy SAA Kit, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. We keep this short on purpose.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you buy SAA Kit, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details on our behalf. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of your card, and the transaction record. When you email us, we keep the email content and your address so we can reply.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider Cloudflare logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps) for security and performance. We use a privacy-respecting analytics layer to count page views and referral sources in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build behavioral profiles.
1.3 Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud. We do not set third-party advertising cookies on saakit.com.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the SAA Kit product and any updates.
- To process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
- To answer your support emails.
- To send occasional product updates to buyers (typically less than once a month). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers we use to run SAA Kit:
- Stripe, our payment processor.
- Cloudflare, our hosting and CDN provider.
- Email service provider for sending welcome emails and product updates.
We may also disclose information when required by law, when responding to a lawful subpoena, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.
4. Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as you have an active relationship with us, plus seven years afterward to meet US tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are kept for two years and then deleted. Aggregate analytics are kept indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@saakit.com from the address we have on file. We respond inside 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
6. Security
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on Stripe and Cloudflare for payment and infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will notify you by email and post a notice on this site.
7. Children
SAA Kit is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, send a notice to active customers by email.
