Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SAA Kit, the saakit.com website, and any related products or services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Red Sun LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service or buying SAA Kit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy or use SAA Kit. You agree to give accurate billing information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. License to the product

Subject to your payment of all fees and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SAA Kit (the Notion workspace template, PDFs, decision trees, flashcards, mock-exam tracker, and related materials) for your own AWS exam preparation. You may duplicate the Notion workspace into one personal Notion account.

You may NOT: (a) resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the materials; (b) post the Notion duplication link or other deliverables publicly; (c) train any AI model on the materials; (d) remove our copyright or attribution notices.

3. Payment and subscriptions

Prices are listed in US dollars on the saakit.com pricing page. Some plans include a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card on file will be charged the recurring monthly fee. You can cancel any time inside your Stripe customer portal.

You authorize us and our payment processor Stripe to charge your payment method for all fees due. If a charge fails, we may suspend access until payment is current.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. See the Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, copy, and materials on saakit.com and inside SAA Kit are owned by Red Sun LLC or its licensors and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. AWS, Amazon Web Services, and the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. SAA Kit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that you will pass the AWS SAA-C03 exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Red Sun LLC, its officers, members, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Sun LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, that law applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tells you when. For material changes, we'll send a notice to active customers by email.
