Refund Policy

Short version. 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. Email admin@saakit.com from the address you used at checkout, ask for a refund, and we send it back to your original payment method inside 5 to 7 business days.
1. The guarantee
If you buy SAA Kit and it isn't right for you, for any reason or no reason at all, we'll refund the full purchase price. The window is 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase (or, for any monthly subscription, 30 calendar days from the most recent charge you're disputing). You don't need to explain. You don't need to send anything back. We'd rather refund a buyer who isn't getting value than have anyone feel stuck.
2. How to request a refund
- Email admin@saakit.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Subject line: Refund request. (Anything similar works.)
- In the body, include the approximate date of purchase or the last 4 digits of your card. Optional: a one-line note on what didn't work for you, so we can improve.
That's it. We'll reply to confirm receipt the same business day, usually inside a few hours.
3. Processing time
Once we issue the refund through Stripe, the funds typically post back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Some banks are faster, a few are slower. If 10 business days have passed and you don't see the credit, write back and we'll trace it with Stripe.
4. What gets refunded
- One-time purchases: the full amount you paid, minus any third-party currency-conversion fees your bank may have charged (we don't see those).
- Subscriptions: the most recent monthly charge, in full. We don't pro-rate. If you've been charged across multiple months and only realized recently, write to us and we'll consider further refunds case by case (we usually say yes).
- Trial conversions: if you forgot to cancel a free trial and were billed, write within 30 days of the conversion charge and we'll refund it.
5. Access after refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the Notion workspace duplication link and any new updates is revoked. You can keep any pages you've already personalized inside your own Notion (we can't reach into your account to remove them) but the master template won't sync further updates. The license you held under the Terms of Service ends.
6. Edge cases
Chargebacks. If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us first, we lose the ability to refund quickly and we have to follow the dispute process. Please email us first. We'll almost always say yes faster than the bank can resolve a chargeback.
Abuse. If we see a pattern of repeated buy-then-refund behavior from the same individual or business, we may decline future purchases.
After 30 days. Outside the 30-day window we generally don't issue refunds, but exceptional circumstances (medical, family, billing error) get a real human reading the email. Write to us and we'll do what's right.
